Heavenly Waters

Several years ago I was researching food information for a healthy diet and during my studying I inadvertently came across passages to bible scripture that pertained to food. This intrigued me and I seemed to gravitate to researching more and more about the food in the bible and discovered some amazing and enlightening bits of revelation. The work that I had put together was intended for lessons in a Cooking Food Ministry but other fateful events happened in my life to not make this happen. Fast forward years later and the idea still seemed achievable but I decided to put my information into a different format and thus, this book was formed. As the pages will tell, the book cover has evolved through "dreams", with no intentional, conscious effort on my part...it just came to me. The book is a pairing of food-related scripture and fish & seafood recipes from the surrounding waters of the Philippines. It is my "Globally-influenced" take on favorite dishes as well as classical, local specialties. This book was written with the Filipino in mind but anyone that enjoys fish or seafood can get something out of this book. The easy-to-prepare recipes and beautiful lay-out make this an interesting addition to any cook's book collection or tabletop showpiece.
